They did a fantastic job and gave us a thorough report the same day as the inspection. It included pictures and written summaries which were very helpful.
We have used Hilltop for two separate home purchases. Blue quickly provided an extremely detailed but easy to read report with pictures of his findings. Both times he has caught things I would never think to check. He also took plenty of time to answer all the questions we had. I cannot recommend highly enough.
Blue's inspection of our new home was the most thorough and clearly communicated that we've ever experienced. I would absolutely recommend his services to anyone looking for an inspector. Bonus-- he understood that we have a small child and was able to give some specific safety tips for our family.
