Hilltop Garden takes application fees on apartments that do not have a vacancy
My husband and I moved in about 8 months ago, the maintenance staff is very friendly and quick to respond to our requests. The complex is kept clean and gets regular lawn services. We have one of the units that is single story and it has been so nice and quiet with no one above or below. Also has the best location to access everything. Just go down hilltop for all the amenities or quick access to I-5 and Market to get to downtown!
