This lady at the front desk asked us to put down everything we know and after we did she laughed in our face and said “seriously?” She was acting really rude and made us feel like we were stupid for doing exactly what she said. Her name was Paula or something like that.

As a pregnant person my husband and I tried applying for Medicaid on our own and got denied so we went to Hilltop to make sure we did it correctly. Debra and Anna took their time to help us navigate the system and make sure we had our income reported correctly and even made sure that the state was accounting our income correctly. So friendly and super helpful
Went there for help. Thought everything was good, just to be ignored. When you call, you get ignored. They called 1 month later to see if I needed help, then Ignored me for another month. Not sure if its because Im a straight,white,male or if goes beyond that. Id avoid this place, not worth the effort to be ignored professionally
