Been living at this place for a while now. I don’t have much bad things to say. Overpriced, but Nice clean apartments. I wish they fix the security gate in order to keep strangers out. Becky is very nice and get issues taken care of pretty quick.
The manager Becky is very sweet and understanding once you warm up to her but the assistant isn’t the nicest as she is liable to get frustrated and hang up. The maintenance needs improvement on efficiency and reliability. The community is usually mellow in terms of neighbors. The response time to call ins is about 1-2 days and the rent is average. I have been at Hilltop Estates for about 2 months now and this is a very nice place to live. The management are always asking the residents if everything is ok with our apartments. They are easy to talk to and understanding. The estates is well kept and maintenance does work as soon as possible.
Very unprofessional liars they have you sign a paper that stating that you will loose deposit if you dont accept the place. She never told me what the papers were i honestly thought that it was apart of application. So moving forward i needed to be moved in by the first of august and she left a voicemail stating that she wont have the place ready until the 8th i refused and requested my money back and she just refuses. to give me back my $300. Lived here 17 years, Mr & Mrs “V” were the owners, Ms Thompson & Mrs Lee Managers, Martin, Anthony, Mr Meadowton, & 2 other respectful, clean young men kept the Estate very clean. Repaires were done in required reasonable time frames. NOW NEW OWNER,1 maintenance guy (Jay) for both properties, I had 3 catalytic converters stolen off vehicles, bathroom ceiling & wall flooded (twice in 2 & 1/2 months), Black Mold in bathroom & a bedroom, plus shower wall Tile falling off the wall since December 2021, I was promised by managemen... read more
