Leasing manager that covers work orders BECKY to be exact just don’t care about things being fixed in your apt. Will ignore emails. Had to message multiple times about my bathroom door being fixed. It’s been over a month going on 2 that I asked for things in my unit to be fixed. Still has not been fixed.They will leave work order sitting on desk ignoring it so don’t move here. I rarely write reviews, but prospective tenants deserve to know what they’re walking into. I've lived here for 6 years. The new owners and BECKY the property manager have made my last chapters at this apartment a horrible experience. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone. They are trying to force out old tenants just to increase the rent to 1300$ for the next tenant. My rent was 680$ when I moved in. My current rent is 835$. I feel like I'm paying to MUCH. SO I WOULD NEVER EVER PAY 1200-1300$ to rent this place. This property ... read more
Been living at this place for a while now. I don’t have much bad things to say. Overpriced, but Nice clean apartments. I wish they fix the security gate in order to keep strangers out. Becky is very nice and get issues taken care of pretty quick.
