We have been customers for 5 years. We sold our boat and emailed the company that we will no longer be using the storage and we are moving out. I made sure we notified within the amount of time and asked if there was anything else I needed to do. They said the email was perfect and that was all I needed. I have been at this storage since 2017 paying for the largest boat storage that is offered. I have always had excellent service and treated well until this month. I spoke to a girl named Ally who was flippant and honestly didn’t want to be bothered with me. She even laughed at me during the call when she was explaining their charges and my previous history.
