The daughter is rude and unprofessional
We have been customers for 5 years. We sold our boat and emailed the company that we will no longer be using the storage and we are moving out. I made sure we notified within the amount of time and asked if there was anything else I needed to do. They said the email was perfect and that was all I needed. Well, being customers for so long we left our lock on. No one provides move out Instructions or notified us that the lock had to be removed.
