I always get a friendly Hello at Hilltop Lube, but my latest visit I told the lube guy my name & that I was broke this month so give my car the cheapest oil change. I waited an exceptionally long time then walked to the counter & asked if my HHR was done, she said it was done a long time ago, ahe had called for James & got no answer.
