Had an appointment to tour the apartment and arrived a few minutes early. I didn’t mind waiting since I was early and they were still at lunch. When they returned, they let another walk-in go first—even after I mentioned I had an appointment. I assumed they were just quickly helping him, maybe he had already done a tour and was just dropping something off. Lived here for awhile, it is well kept and safe. The property manager Roxana is great, she is so kind, as well as the other ladies in the office. Mike and the maintenance team are skilled and efficient. We love living here.
Every time I visit a community owned by Cannon Property Management the customer service is top tier.. The manager got up from behind her desk to greet me because the leasing agent was on the phone.. Unfortunately they did not have first floor but if they did I would have rented immediately!
