Every time I visit a community owned by Cannon Property Management the customer service is top tier.. The manager got up from behind her desk to greet me because the leasing agent was on the phone.. Unfortunately they did not have first floor but if they did I would have rented immediately!
0 to 2 Stars at best, and the 2 is because the property is pretty. Dealing with staff started out fine and drifted down down down to a solid 0. Condescending and rude are normal attitude. Can't imagine dealing with Carman and Roxanne as "landlords" for any length of time, let alone a 6 to 12 month lease; total nightmare. Glad we continued our search and found a much better apartment option.
Better late than never, but after several months I am finally sitting down to write a review. Worst rental/lease experience EVER and I have handled at least a dozen rentals for myself, kids and parents over the past 10+ years. List of issues is too long to detail, but suffice it to say not a SINGLE step with this company went well once they had deposit to hold rental. Bait and switch terms is their SOP!! Can I do -1 star? No? Sucks. Do you like being stalked? When you walk to your car, check your mail, or even just going home. No? Well you definitely will be stalked here. Don't invite anyone over otherwise the office team will think you're hiding someone and will force you to add them to your lease. The rules are beyond ridiculous, and if you make one mistake without knowing, bamn in trouble. I wouldn't recommend this apartment to anyone, worst apartment complex in murrieta. Can't wait to leave.
