Recommendedof course I would recommend this place, great and peaceful place to live.
I enjoy the apartment I have here because it's quiet, the property is well kept, and most people are pretty nice! Lots of young professionals and perhaps some law and med school students. Its gated, which gives me a little sense of security plus there's 24 hour a day patrol from TX Lawman security.
Hilltop is my place!!! I enjoy a very relaxed lifestyle with my dog, but at the same time, we could have fun wherever we want. I feel safe. I feel supported by the staff.
I recommend this place. After signing the lease, I turned in the inspection checklist and within hours, Brenda at the front desk got to work. I was a little worried because I saw some reviews about the staff and I thought that it was a matter of time before they start treating me like a number instead of a valued tenant. Even after the lease was signed, Brenda continued to make me feel at home and not just another number that has signed a lease and this makes me feel really good.
Tell me why no one at the front answers the phone during business hours and lets it go to voicemail yet when I go pick up my child all the girls are just sitting around bored on their iphones??? or why they close the office early and leave whenever they feel like it... the cute girl isn't too bright && the big girl is just mean. Supere annoying.
rude/unfriendly staff, unfriendlier security guy, tons of break-ins, no parking lot cameras, low water pressure, shady neighbors. Maintenance staff is top notch but everything else about this place sucks. Not worth your money.
