Took my new puppy in today. EXCEPTIONAL service to say the least! From the moment we stepped in, it was a warm and welcoming environment & staff. Truly caring people and VERY clean facility. Recommend things that are needed and helped us understand what to do to keep our new baby healthy! 5 STARS!!!!!!!
We moved to Fuquay Varina and needed to find a new vet- Hilltop is right across the street so it was my first choice. I’ve been there 3 times and I love how friendly and welcoming the staff are, and how the vets are willing to take the time to answer all my questions and have a genuine conversation. This is Murphy after getting his vaccinations and blood drawn- not worried at all! They give him and my other dog lots of attention so it’s clear they care about the animals that visit.
Dr Gibbs really understands the love we have for our fur babies - and extends that same love in his care for them. So glad I have them as our Doctor
This is a great team! They take excellent care of their clients. I am going to be moving in the future and I have to be close enough to stay with these wonderful people.
I’m so glad that I found Hilltop! I just got two new kittens and started taking them to Dr. Gibbs. Their first visit was great and Dr. Gibbs spent so much time with us. Unfortunately, my one girl became suddenly very ill and I ended up taking her to an emergency veterinarian. I was beside myself and confused about the care options that the ER vet gave me.
