Had the most disappointing experience at Hillstone last night. Ordered the chicken kale salad and the chicken arrived raw in parts. It took forever for the server Paige to come after asking for her twice and then the manage Ralph came. He offered no apology and nothing to correct the situation. I told them I had lost my appetite for chicken and ordered a burger which took 15 minutes to arrive so my partner and I ended up eating at separate times. In my 58 years on this planet, my husband and I have never been treated so poorly and had such a HORRIBLE experience at a restaurant!! We planned a special reunion with an old friend we hadn't seen in years and her adult daughter. Our friend is turning 98 and had never met our adopted daughter, who is now 15 years old and all of 98 pounds. Our family of five presented to Hillstone Restaurant for a celebratory meal. Our son flew in from Maryland where he was stationed in the Air Force on his way to his three-year deployment to Guam. Although we could easily fit in one booth, we were told by the host that Hillstone only seats parties of four or less at one table due to controlling numbers in the restaurant.
