Amazing food,service and atmosphere. Just disappointed they moved away from the Southbay and now we have to drive to Santa Monica.
We had a wonderful dinner at Hillstone to celebrate my hubby’s birthday. The food was excellent all around. I ordered the Hawaiian, my hubby had the French Dip au Jus, my brother enjoyed the ribs, and my daughter joined us as well. Had lunch today at Hillstone Venice (Santa Monica location). The space has that polished Hillstone feel—warm, inviting, and a little bit of that “see-and-be-seen” energy. Service was attentive and well-paced, never rushed. The food delivered on the reliable Hillstone standard: fresh, consistent, and plated with care.
