Hillstone burger was fabulous, sushi was very flavorful and service was attentive and friendly. Great atmosphere to catch up with friends.
Great place to eat. Super friendly and nice service. The food was delicious. And their recommendation was great. I don't like alcohol, and this drink with 0 alcohol was super good. My server gave me this recommendation, and she was on point. I'm sad that I don't remember her name, but she was super friendly and nice. My first time here and I'm for sure going back.
It’s obvious why this restaurant is so highly rated. It hits every mark. And while downtown Santa Monica might be struggling to find its rythme again, Hillstone is not and never has. The door is perfect every-time. The drinks are top notch, and the service from the moment you enter is absolutely flawless perfection. I’ve never had a bad meal or experience here.
