I got a retainer made here, and after only 2 months it already cracked and completely failed. I take good care of my dental gear, so I can only assume the material couldn’t handle normal pressure from my teeth. When I reached out, they refused to replace it—even though it’s clearly their own product that didn’t hold up. Really disappointing customer service and quality. I wouldn’t recommend getting a retainer here unless you want to pay twice for something that should’ve lasted much longer.
We have had great experiences with Dr. Hillstead and his staff. Best ortho place I’ve ever taken my kids to. 5 Star!!!
