My daughter sees Dr. Hillstead for her braces and his team has always been so helpful and they’ve gotten us in super quick if we’ve ever had an issue! I would highly recommend Hillstead to anyone for orthodontic care.
I've had 3 children see Dr. Hillstead and his team for orthodontics. There is no one I trust more than Dr. Hillstead. The team is very prompt and professional in all their interactions. The treatment is clear. They payment arrangements are very fair. The office is clean and well laid out. You don't need to look any further for where to get your teeth straightened than here.
I got a retainer made here, and after only 2 months it already cracked and completely failed. I take good care of my dental gear, so I can only assume the material couldn’t handle normal pressure from my teeth. When I reached out, they refused to replace it—even though it’s clearly their own product that didn’t hold up. Really disappointing customer service and quality. I wouldn’t recommend getting a retainer here unless you want to pay twice for something that should’ve lasted much longer.
We have had great experiences with Dr. Hillstead and his staff. Best ortho place I’ve ever taken my kids to. 5 Star!!!
