DO NOT RENT HERE - the leases are predatory. The internet is awful. The maintenance is terrible. They don’t remove leaves, they let flooding at the rear entrance happen. They plow your cars in with no warning with the snow. They charge you late fees automatically without checking if you paid your rent on time - even with dated checks like what they ask for. Well managed and maintained, Kourtney got my roomate and I settled in quickly and has answered any questions we have in a timely manner!
Really upfront with their stuff. The website gives me everything I basically want to know. Great company and I don't even live here. Great place if you know what you want.
I lived at Hillside village for 2.5 years. I was initially interested in checking them out for their pet policy. I have one dog over 100 lbs and the other is a pit bull. There are very limited options for us to rent in Kalamazoo and I was so thankful to find a place that allowed both of my dogs for the price! The property managers were always very kind and helpful. I was very appreciative and impressed with all the improvements they continued to make during my time living there.
I have lived in a few different apartment complex’s in Kalamazoo and this place was by far the best. It was quite and clean. If we had any problems or questions the staff was always fast and friendly!
