i lived here at windsor place in north syracuse for about 6months,first let me say the pictures you see online that s not how the apartment is anylonger old is the word for the apartments ,now don t get me wrong for as roomie kind of but if you are a clean person like me and wan t something nice inside don t rent here,when my lease is up i m getting the yeck out of here.its drugs here trailer trash just plain nasty,when it s time to pay rent i don t wan t to they need to remodel these buildings,but they won t i don t like an... read more
I have been there for more than 10years and its never been paradise but it definitely is getting worse with each passing year. Heres hoping this year is my last one there.
Used to be a beautiful, quiet respectful place for hard working people and families. Under a new manager this has fallen apart. Children and teenagers are actually told by the manger that they are allowed to play in the hallways. There are up to 15 teenagers along with very small children who live in the hallways from 230 to 1 am, yelling, screaming, fighting, banging other peoples doors, slamming doors, breaking things, gossiping about the adults who live quietly in the building, ripping the carpets, littering, and this beh... read more
maintence came into my apartment with out me knowing!! i just found a note....that really creeped me out...ive only lived here 2 weeks
section 8 tenantsmaintenance done very poorly by underskilled worker
insulation and weather stripping is in adequatethe laundry equipment never working.two many floods? ( sewer problems }managers and maintenace never available when needed
