I lived there and my unit was great but I opened up my windows and let the fresh air in and new how to clean. We live where it rains a lot and if you leave your place closed up and your filthy I'm sure you would have mold.

Amazing, mold was very gourmet, I had dinner for 3 days when I discovered it.
I enjoyed my apartment. The toxic black mold in the walls made my child very sick! All 40 apartments are moldy! I tried for a year to get them to fix the problem but they would not! We moved and our health has improved! There are people whom lived there over 10 years and NEVER had their carpets cleaned, wall mounted heaters cleaned (burn marks on walls above heaters from dirty heaters) or any other maintenance.
