I was seen before my schedule. The EKG machine was failing and not reading until several tries by the technician.
Gabriela Quintero very professional and listens. People in the front need your DOB to give you directions or an address. Furthermore to sign in they look at you as if you are stupid. Either scan QR code or tablet. I managed the tablet but the lady previous to myself was lost and the receptionist just looked at her as if she was just plain stupid. Not a good experience with front desk. This office is not the only one with we codes as I have experienced but at my other appointment elsewhere the receptionist just demand you use... read more
I had a very positive experience at this primary care office. The staff was friendly, professional, and made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. The doctor took time to listen carefully to my concerns, answered my questions thoroughly, and never made me feel rushed.
