I received multiple calls asking for me to come in for a yearly check up, in which I finally agreed and the conversation was done. Fast forward to October 10th I have my appointment which by the way the location of this office in live oak is terrible. It took me 30 minutes to and from. But I don't mind, at least I thought I wouldn't need to mind. Awful service on call they will say one thing and in person another. Would recommend if u cant find anything better
Appointment with Dr. Pierce this morning. She was her great self, as usual! The triage nurse/tech was efficient and friendly as well. Hillside is an all around great facility!
My grandma has been coming here for years and never complained, she's always talking about how nice the staff is.
