billing department is a mess for no reason , getting a call back or getting ahold of someone is a pain and takes a long time. quite frankly do not recomend this company for their health care needs.

Had an appointment scheduled 7/2/26 with Santoy NP. My insurance assigned Rita Thomas NP as my PCP. I called mid June to schedule a new pt appointment to establish care. My appointment was set to July 2, July 1st I received a couple of text messages that I need to call my insurance and request Dr. Patel as my pcp because he is the Dr. Superviser of all the NPs in this clinic and I Need to que this Dr Patel as my pcp and get a case # from my insurance as well because if I don’t I will have to pay for my appointment.
