I have two insurances which are valid but they care more about making sure your insurance is verified even if that means keeping you in a waiting room for a hour before your seen, and I was there for annual exam which is covered by my primary at no cost. They care more about getting paid by insurance than treating patients. Mind you I made an appointment and gave my information.
I have always had excellent experience at Hillside in Live Oak. Emily Gonzales is one in a million. She is super. All of the staff at the desk is excellent as well. Always helpfull when I have needed them. Would recommend Hillside. O
