Watch out for the shady, cash grabbing nature of this office. I was scheduled to receive a telemed visit appointment at 7:30 AM last week. At 7:37 I had still not received a call or a Zoom link or anything regarding the appointment. I called the office to inquire about the delay and was told that I had not yet received a call because my appointment was with a clinic located in El Paso and the time was MOUNTAIN TIME. During my visit, I paid a $35 copay as well as an additional $35 for blood and urine tests. When I requested an explanation of my medical records and prescribed medications, the clinic staff informed me that I would need to schedule another appointment and pay an additional $35 copay. I have not experienced these separate charges at other clinics, where lab tests and treatment explanations were included in the initial visit. Requiring an additional paid appointment simply to discuss my results and prescriptions feels unfair.
The administrative issues here have deteriorated from inconvenient to down right dangerous. I have been waiting days on end for a basic medication refill to be processed and I simply can’t get an answer. If you call the office, you’re gonna get overseas answering service and they will never call you back.
