Unfortunately, there were quite a few things that disappointed me about this visit. I can go into greater detail, but in essence, I felt completely ignored by this practice. The front desk makes minimal eye contact, both when you're coming and going. Also, as somebody who is also in the healthcare field, it's frustrating when the front desk staff doesn't use complete sentences. I have been twice and each time I have had to wait over an hour past my scheduled appointment time. The staff is fantastic though. I just feel like my time is not important to the doctor.
Why do I half to leave a message when I'm calling about a bill? Then I half to wait 3-5 business days for someone to call back. I would love to talk to someone in the office instead of getting my call bounced to somewhere else and I cannot hardly understand them. I'm sorry. People in office is nice, but don't make it hard to call about a bill.
Staff is personable and knowledgeable. Wait was significant but NP took her time with me and addressed all my concerns. She did not hurry me, which was appreciated! I feel very confident in my care here.
