I was thinking about making this our go to clinic because of the convenience of location but I decided against it based on some of the clinic's responses here. I have experienced many issues with the clinics in Schertz in regards to long waits and cancelled appointments with little notice. Their phone line seems to be outsourced as well. This review is based on Hillside policy and not the great staff I encountered. Let me say this: the only place I know where you pay everything up front is fast food, and look at what you get. The front desk staff was very, very nice as was Elizabeth, the NP I saw. They were all professional and caring. I wish this could be the practice I go to because of them. Great experience. Wanted to commend Kristina the Phlobtomist. Was incredibly kind to me and had no issues sticking me. Felt like she actually cares. We need more people like her in the medical field.
I would give 5 stars but, it is so hard to get a hold of my provider. No one answers my emails. The Cibolo clinic is great! I am very happy. I’m glad I am no longer at the base for health care.
