They charged me $100 just to have a Dr sign some paperwork. They also were supposed to email me when the Dr signed them. I have not received anything from them it's been almost 2 weeks.
I see NP Karen Johnson. She is very thorough and spends time with you. You do not feel rushed when visiting with her. She sincerely cares about your health.
My new PCP provider is Florence Pugh and she was very thorough and such a sweet lady. Hillside has been great since I've been going to them There fast and the wait is never long. I recommend my PCP provider to anyone.
After using Hillside as my PCM for the last year, Dr. Derin Patel (Founder/CMO) changed the in-clinic lab services to be coded as a private lab and making it where patients have to pay a co-pay for a visit with their provider and then another co-pay for lab work. Don't stand for this! Move to another clinic if you're being charged for lab work!
