I'm a relatively new patient to Hillside, but I'm incredibly impressed and 100% satisfied with the amazing care and attention to detail they provide. I've never had a provider who is so thorough and addresses all of my concerns in such a caring manner. They are problem solvers here and will treat you with respect and dignity. I highly recommend Hillside!
Unprofessional people make me 2 appointments and then they didn’t know so i take day off at work and for nothing then appointment at the phone i pay my copay fee they call me and i never hot a call back for the lab results dont waste your time with this people
4.2…Better communication between the patient, insurance, and your clinic for efficiency, administrative repetition & labs, and collaboration preventing patient duplication with their insurer and provider. Seen again today 1/8/26. Still outstanding and thorough care. I love Karen Johnson, NP and her staff. Seen again today 9/15/25. Seen again today 6/13/25 - I absolutely love Karen Johnson and her staff. From front office check in to back office checkout and everyone in between. Everyone is fantastic and I feel very valued, special and well taken care of.
