We had Hillside Pools install a new Filtration system to our twenty five year old pool. The heater, filter, and pumps, were replaced and we had a Pentair Chlorination system and new pool lights installed. Everything is state of the art and is functioning perfectly. I have been a customer of Hillside Pools for over 15 years. For the first 10 years they took very good care of our pool. in the last several years they use untrained individuals and they provide incredibly poor service. They come and clean the pool don't brush the tile don't know how to put the equipment back together when they leave. Lately, my pool looks like a stagnate pond. Quality went down the longer we were with them. When there were issues with equipment, they didn't tells us. Got invoices for services not provided, and came to an end with green walls as soon as they left.
