Took my kid here bc family recommended and took my kid right out. Visits are quick and not the standard visit for newborns as I seen with other pediatricians. Dont feel like all kids of races are treated the same in terms of care but politeness sure.
I had a terrible experience at Hillside Pediatrics and would not recommend this office. I felt extremely uncomfortable and unwelcome, and I personally felt that Indian families were treated more warmly and respectfully than my family was. I am not of Indian descent, and based on the way we were treated compared with what I observed, I felt like we were treated differently because we were not Indian. Md Mayank Patel has been the pediatrician of my two kids Thalia since she was 4yrs old and Tyler Gustave since birth . Now Thalia is 21 and Tyler is 15 yrs . The service always has been and still being the best , courteous, respectful.
Great doctors and staff
Visited the office today to have a physical evaluation completed and I was extremely pleased with the service. Everyone here was polite and professional. The examining doctor was experienced, professional and kind. I highly recommend visiting this establishment to anyone that’s considering having a physical examination done.
