The landlord Jennifer is so amazing! She always works out any problems we have, the maintenance workers are always so nice and explain everything thoroughly! Such an amazing team who provides solutions very quickly!!
I have lived here for about two years going on 3 and I never thought I would find such an amazing property manager it has felt like home and I love living at these apartments wouldn’t change it for the world.
I adore living here. The landlord Jennifer really cares about our quality of living. We have a community fireplace. She does little parties for us with food to celebrate. If you're looking for a quiet place to live this is the place.
I've recently moved here and I can say I'm glad I did. Its quiet, there's a nice dog park area, close to anything you need, prices are reasonable, and the management/ maintenance team are professional, prompt, & friendly. They have activities for the residents, and overall as a property manager myself, I'm very happy here!
They ignore tenant law completely. They don't give at least 24 hours notice to enter, they don't give 10 days right to remedy. Even the monthly pest control is often less than 24 hours notice. They ignore the betterment rule and charge full price and not the depreciated value for any damages. They're shady and will find any way to charge residents arbitrary fees.
