Maintenance for the outside of buildings is horrible!! Gutters are half attached and hanging off building, very hazardous! Outside door hinges are broken. Communal laundry machines were not fixed for SIX MONTHS!! And to top it all off, the office attendant is very rude. 👎🏻👎🏻
Trent was awesome fixing my bathroom toilet did a really good job thank you very much any thing that needs to be done he is right on it
The website showed they had multiple ready for move-in asap. I attempted to call a few times before I applied to verify but no answer. I applied thinking one of the apartments is surely available because of the website. They had none available asap and wouldn't refund the application fee.
The landlord Jennifer is so amazing! She always works out any problems we have, the maintenance workers are always so nice and explain everything thoroughly! Such an amazing team who provides solutions very quickly!!
I have lived here for about two years going on 3 and I never thought I would find such an amazing property manager it has felt like home and I love living at these apartments wouldn’t change it for the world.
