Rude, disinterested and dismissive. On the recommendation of a friend, I’d stopped by to see about their inventory. I was told “look around.” Nothing is stickered, so you’d have to come back and ask about each vehicle! Financing? A straight 20%!!!! 😱 when I said I was prequalified for (a MUCH better rate) loan, the response was, “We are here for people with poor credit, not good credit.” WOW. I feel sorry for their exploited customers. Big NOPE!
