Lower the rent. I live in a cleaner park, I pay $440 a month.
Recommendedgreat place to live and Management does everything they can to help out.
We have been here since April 2017 lots of changes. We do need a bigger clubhouse. Have not gotten involved in any of the activities yet. Broke my back for the 4th time so been kind of limited. Yes the lot rent was a drastic raise but if they do what they say and keep decent people here and don't raise for 3 years that's great, and we are on a very tight budget.
The new owners have raised the rent. Starting January 1,2018 $515.00 making it impossible to sell...He also threading home owners if they didn't vote out HOA he would raise the rent $270 additional ..careless direspectful employees
There must be some mistake. I have never been to Hillside Mobile Home Park
visiting friends here... love the park and all the new team is doing:)
