I love going to Dr. Hart, however for some reason his nurse thinks I am a person that just wants drugs to get drugs.. when that is not the cause when someone is having severe abdominal pain and your Dr. Hart knows this and tells you repeatedly to contact him on fri before your meds run out and you do but she blows you off and does not fill meds sounds to me like she is blocking patients from getting care from their Dr. Hart sounds fishy and unethical.. thank you for the exsecive pain that could of been preventive.. this in n... read more

How sad that there's only one review and it's negative. This place is wonderful and I will never go anywhere else for a general practitioner. The doctors and staff are knowledgeable, get back to you promptly with questions and concerns, are excessively courteous and kind. I enjoy going to the doctor because of these wonderful folks. If you're searching for a general practitioner, Hillside Family Medical will exceed your expectations.
Whoever works at the front desk is very unprofessional and rude. I would highly recommended someone who repensents your office to have a little more experience in customer service!
