I am impressed with Dr. Chan and my health has drastically improved with her guidance. The front office staff is hit or miss. Its difficult to get prescriptions renewed or changed. I leave messages that are not returned. Still, I highly recommend and will continue to work thru these issues. Good to find excellent Doctors in Hanover vs. having to drive down into the Towson, MD area.
