1.) They don’t answer the phone nor return emails. 2.) They want their rent money but can’t accommodate the tenants. 3.) Mice issue they don’t care to fix. 4.) Constantly have notices of services coming but nobody ever comes. 5.) Lack of urgency 6.) The only GOOD thing about this place is that it is a quiet community. Please look elsewhere or take legal action against them!

The unit was infested with mice from the beginning, and it took involvement from the PG County inspectors to get anyone to respond. Even then, repairs are just temporary patchwork, never real fixes—and you’ll still get charged for them, even though these issues were there when you moved in. Me and my partner has been living here for the last eight Months and we have been having trouble with getting assistance from the leasing office about rat infested problems I don’t recommend moving in to this apartment complex The leasing office manager, Miss Joyce is not a great person and do not care about your health and wellbeing and living Environment
They are horrible management pest infested they don’t like to repair anything !!!!I been here for 5 months run do not move here you will regret it my children have been bitten by spiders.
Tatiana is the best she got me in smoothly wasn't any hassle so far so good no complaints from me rental office pretty cool too
