Pros: Close to a Rapid Bus Stop, Safeway, very nice people that actually work on the property, get on problems right away, and close to I-80. Quiet, gated so pretty safe. Cute on the outside. Cons: Everything else. You're going to put those nice people to work almost continuously, as I experienced frequent leaks, ant invasions, and constantly running toilet. Which, you know, ick.
