J Reese Higgins Jolie is the best customer service specialist EVER..!!! She is always so kind and helpful with everything I need. She always goes the extra mile with everything she does.! You are very lucky to have an employee of her caliber working in your shop. Thanks Jolie you always make Hillside Floral my only flower shop.!

I just want to thank Hillside floral for all they do over there. My family and I have used Hillside floral for years since I lived over in that area (I am since out of the country but still use them...and they make it easy for me by delivering anywhere in the valley :)). I use these wonderful people for every flower occasion and I will for as long as they are in business! They are always prompt, deliver BEAUTIFUL arrangements, and don't charge an arm and a leg compared to other flower companies for the bouquets and delivery.... read more

I love Hillside Floral Hillside Floral did the flowers for my wedding and they were BEAUTIFUL! I worked directly with the owner and he was incredibly helpful and provided me exactly what I wanted on my wedding day! The prices were far better than other places I had visited as well! I will always give my flower business to Hillside. Great customer service and great flowers!!

this place sucks!!! I put in an order and they said it would be there before 230. . . .I made sure and even said are you sure it will be there before 230. . . .they said yes. I made the order around 1245. I then called and talked to them at 4 because it hadn't gotten there and they said well we usually need more time for this kind of thing? The lady said the driver was leaving in 20 minutes so around 1. Anyway, why do you think I asked? If it wasn't going to get there on time they should've said they can't do it!!!! Recently worked with the owner of the floral shop in purchasing floral tributes for two local funerals. I was completely satisfied with their beautiful arrangements, which arrived on time, and were very fresh. They were exactly what I ordered. Friendly and helpful staff, and affordable prices considering the exceptional quality floral artistry. Will definitely use them again.

great place...but bizarre – I have been to many different shops. this one is nice. it is rommier then you normally find at shops, it smells nice which is a bonus. the girls that work there are super nice and easy to joke around with. they joke around with each other too infront of customer's which is pretty refreshing always. Beautiful Arrangements, Old Flowers – I have loved Hillside for years. My husband has bought me many bouquets and arrangements from them over the years, but the last couple of arrangements have not lasted. Although their arrangements are aesthetically pleasing the quality and freshness of the flowers is declining. I was lucky enough to receive a bouquet a few days ago. It was beautiful.
