I have intense dental anxiety and fears. I went to get my first cleaning with them and explained to the staff how scared I was. They worked with me and walked me through the steps and even let me up mid appointment to stretch and calm down. I had a few fillings to get done and I got the first filling completed the other day. I went for the first time a week ago Friday to this dental office and from the very first moment that I walked through the door, everybody was so extremely friendly and welcoming to me. They all made me feel like a very, very special friend and guest. The receptionist was absolutely wonderful and kind and helpful. Then I went back for my cleaning and the hygienists were absolutely wonderful and caring and kind and explained everything to me in a manner that I could understand very well.
