I moved in October 24' and was completely unhappy with my apartment. The apartment wasn't painted and was filthy. It took three attempts after talking with the manager Nick where I had to end up painting it myself. They're terrible as far as snow removal and the parking situation here is ridiculous. Not to mention the dryer vents blows right into your bedroom windows if you have them open. Plus a box air conditioner and base heating doesn't seem to warrant these being labeled as luxury apartments. I did ask if I could put a ... read more

Nice space. Ed, the manager, is great.
I moved here in June and it's the best move I have ever made. The grounds are very well kept. Ed is the manager here and does a great job with a friendly attitude. When I moved in, my apartment was super clean. The garage was even freshly painted. I have found living here is convenient to everything - Port Washington, Grafton, and I-43. I love living here!
Moved to Hillside Estates 2 months ago and absolutely love it here. Ed the manager is great, very helpful, knowledgeable and always available to answer any questions or concerns in a timely manner. The Apartments are very spacious bright and open, with stainless steel appliances, also in unit washer and dryer and attached garage. The outside grounds are well maintained and cared for, which creates a very pleasant atmosphere. So glad I moved here!
