Appreciate the communication and care here. The office manager was incredibly accommodating with arranging appointments. She texted me that they were running a bit behind, so I was able to stay home longer instead of waiting at the office - it was perfect for my work schedule. Dr. Zhang is gentle and thorough, even with our young kids. The TV's above the dental chairs are a great touch, too! Grateful for their work and my family of 5 will continue to seek our dental care at Hillside Dental.

My experience here was terrible. I just went there for a enamel repair. But doctor said I have other cavities needs to fix it. I was agreed to do that before that I don’t have any sensitivity or pain once he fixed my cavity from same day till now my tooth start hurting and I have a sensitivity, which is really bad. I will never recommend to anybody this clinic on the other hand, i have very great experience with the receptionist she was so kind and polite. I've been coming to this dental clinic for years, and I wouldn't go anywhere else. The staff are always welcoming and professional, and the dentists take great care to make every visit comfortable.
Everytime come to this dental office, I’m always greeted with a smile and all the staff are so friendly. They are also very accommodating and understanding which is such a bonus! Best dental clinic in Cambridge for sure :)
