If I could give less I would this dude ig that worked there was so freaking rude it wasn't even funny. I was staying at hotel on other side of restaurant and I just was walking doing my therapy walking I barely made it ok in front of there hotel he comes out with attitude and said I had turn around walking other way now
The only problem I've had in several months I've lived here is sandy the front desk clerk is the rudest person Ive ever encountered hangs up in residence faces constantly as well as talks down to them acts as if she's better than the residence. I had such a wonderful stay here! I was in town for a show downtown. From the moment I walked in, Angel greeted me with a kind and welcoming demeanor. The rooms are simple but cute, clean, and the beds are comfortable! Fourteen bucks for an Uber to downtown and the restaurant / tavern right next door is open until 1am. Couldn’t have left this place happier. I’ll be back!
Avoid this place at all costs. the service person was incredibly rude and failed to take accountability for our room being “cancelled” because the hotel was sold off in january. completely unprofessional staff, this place stinks too, and it was ugly no thank you!
Booked this place months ago, got a confirmation email 2 days ago that our booking was in fact still in place, showed up and told me they dont know who I am or have space for us. Completely unprofessional and rude staff too. Wouldn't do anything to help us. -10000/5 stars
