Terrible customer service, "Hotel" more like motel. The room we booked apparently had a "plumbing problem" that would have been nice to know before we got there, we booked the room with airbnb. It seems like the room just wasn't ready in time so that was there excuse, we called the guy we made the reservations with through airbnb and he wasn't even aware of the "plumbing problems" I think it was all BS. we ended up canceling the room, and thank god we did because that place was disgusting. The front desk lady Nathalie on our leaving day Monday morning was very nice and servicial. We booked on the app and the application says that the hillside crossing hotel offers breakfast but, she was nice on apologizing for the app misunderstood that there is not breakfast, but there was fresh coffe available. The room was very clean and organized. Thanks to Mrs. Nathalie for the kindly attention to her clients. She did super as a rock star.
BEWARE BEWARE Probably one of the worst overall hotels I've stayed in....upon arrival we had trouble locating our room... this is more of a drug den/ SEEDY SPARTMENT if you ask me... most people seem to live in these rooms (grills on the patio and cats that go in and out of these rooms whether they be stray or live in that area. Anyways upon arrival at our room. Tv was able to turn on but that's it. The light on the nightstand also not functioning. And the outlet on the wall was on the nightstand. Not secured in the wall. Pretty basic motel. Okay if you're on a budget but I'll definitely will look for nicer accommodations next time I'm in town. No major complaints though... Waffle House adjacent, for better or worse.
