I stayed at Hillside Crossing Hotel starting Valentine’s Day weekend, and unfortunately my experience was extremely disappointing. When I first checked in, the room had dead bugs on the floor and even on the sheets. I was moved to a second room, which did not have the pots and pans that were originally provided in the first room. On top of that, the bed only had two thin sheets and no blanket. Karen is amazing and always goes out of her way to be super kind and genuine while dealing with me and I really appreciate that. You never know what kind of day someone is having and the impact a warm smile or gesture can truly have on someone. You can really tell she is exactly where God wants her to be. Sorry to go on and on but I really wanted to give credit where credits due to this sweet woman and do my part to ensure she gets acknowledged for her efforts -thanks more than you know

Listen, for a hotel in the city (not expected to be a resort), it’s actually quite nice. Had an issue not long after I checked in yesterday with the original room, & the sweet lady behind the desk moved me without hesitation. She’s been great to deal with. I didn’t expect it to be as nice as it is, for a smaller hotel like this.
