Have lived in the Hillside Court complex for nearly 20 years. We were fortunate enough to be able to get on what they called their locked in for life rental fee. So we were paying 872 a month that included two carports which were 30 each all said and done we no longer have our locked in for life rent, and our rent went up $267 a month. WTF! We obviously love the place!!! As much as I hate to, I feel that we will probably not be staying there after our lease is up. I lived at Crowne at the Summit i Louisville. These were the best built apartments I've ever lived in. I couldn't hear my neighbors. Very well built with concrete stairs , you don't hear people going up and down the stairs. Down side was the water kept going off randomly. Hope they fixed it.
Love living here! Rent is best in the area and they are known for their maintenance. They fix all of our issues very quickly and the landlord is very approachable. Update after moving out: would absolutely love here again and have recommended hillside to friends. Maintenance guys were always fantastic and on time. Honestly miss living here a bit!
This is a wonderful apartment community! The neighborhood is quiet, perfect for walking your dog. The office staff Alex and Pam are always helpful when you need anything or have questions. The maintenance staff Myke and Brandon are fantastic! Anything we needed was taken care of the same day. If you’re looking for a nice quiet community you should definitely check this place out.
