The Leasing office staff are puerile, greedy, shallow, intimidating, unapproachable, passive aggressive, and cliquey. You could be an outstanding resident and they don’t care. Will throw you under the bus at any time if it means they get what they want.
Stellar property and very pleasant management. I would like to give special mention to Alex who helped me immensely. He was very courteous and free of judgement to my situation. Made me feel very welcome and kept a genuine smile on his face the entire time I was with him. On the spectrum of people whom you feel happy to have met in your life, he sits high on that spectrum more than anyone I've met in my days. Recommend renting here for anyone looking for a quality residence.
Very safe and convenient location. The management snd maintenance is great. I lived here for years and loved it. Unfortunately, I had to move due to life changes but I’d recommend this place to anyone!
I've been a resident for about 5 years now, the reason for my loyalty to this property is due to the staff and the community that we have. For example, with all this recent snow, Mykle has been non stop clearing and making our walk ways and lots safe and cleared. That's dedication when you look out the window and see him up early in the mornings and not stopping till the job is done.
