I’ve lived at Hillside for 10 years, which says a lot on its own. The location is safe and convenient—close to 675 and Miami Valley Hospital, with plenty of shopping, restaurants, and nature trails nearby. The grounds are well kept, and the apartments themselves are clean and well maintained. One of the standout features here is the maintenance team. Mykle and Jason have been the best maintenance team we could ask for. Very professional, quick and thorough with any maintenance order or request we've had. Recommend highly moving to Hillside Court if you want stress free living knowing the staff really cares about their tenants.
Hillside Court is a great place to live! I have lived here for 10 years and love it! The Maintenance guys have always taken great care of us and fix problems skillfully and promptly. They always go above and beyond! Myke is the best!
The Leasing office staff are puerile, greedy, shallow, intimidating, unapproachable, passive aggressive, and cliquey. You could be an outstanding resident and they don’t care. Will throw you under the bus at any time if it means they get what they want.
