Absolutely disgusted the way I was played at hillside auto mall. I was literally taken to the bank. Besides being convinced to buy a car(2013 Mazda 6) I didn't want at a higher price then I intended to pay with fees added for no reason at all. I was also convinced to buy a warranty after I was lied to that the vehicle did not have manufacturer warranty when it has one for another 3 years! this place is warm and very friendly. they work hard to get u in the drivers seat for a great price. the staff will make u feel like your with family and not at a dealership. so drop what ever your doing and go there and get that car thats waiting for you.

please do yourself a favor and pass right on by this hell hole. at first, the dealers are extremely friendly and accomodating. as the deal appears to be sealed, the service begings to deflate like a pin popped balloon. follow up phone calls begin to dwindle. when i called my dealer to see what progress was made, he appeared annoyed and extremely uncooperative. i was even told he couldn't help me because he was with a customer. i THOUGHT i was a customer, first of all. secondly, if i had received the updates i was promised ab... read more
