Super quick and amazing service!! Great staff!!
The radio in my 1998 Mercury Mountaineer went out and I wanted something simple and (relatively) low-tech to replace it, Hillside Audio got me sorted easily and quickly. I'd recommend them any time.
Hillside Audio was amazing! They were super knowledgeable and solved the issue I had (no fault of their own) in a couple of hours and were really reasonable with their fee. I highly recommend them. I’d go back in a heartbeat. Thank you guys! Great service.
Bait and Switch! AVOID THIS BUSINESS! Worst customer service I have ever experienced in my 42 years of life! The guy at the counter was very rude, very impatient, very uninformative and when I called to ask questions he put another lady on the phone and refused to even talk to me and she was like I don't know how to say this nicely... and never resolved my question or problems Steer clear of this place! -10 stars
I had a scheduled installation at 11am, was there for an hr getting the paperwork because the system wasn't in sync with the info that the intake person got over the phone when I scheduled the appointment. After the paperwork was filled out The front desk person said the install takes about 20-30mins. Went for a walk down the road and had lunch. Came back and the car wasn't ready.
