Since they changed property managers, everyone is unreachable. I can’t speak directly to anyone to solve my issues. There’s no one on site or on call to deal with urgent concerns, which is unacceptable, especially when safety is involved. I’ve had multiple security scares, including break-ins by homeless individuals, and management offered no support whatsoever. Quite possibly the worst experience I’ve had renting- no bugs or anything but the apartment management (new management) is absolutely terrible. I’ve been without AC FOR AN ENTIRE MONTH. I’ve phoned, I’ve emailed, I’ve begged. My apartment is so hot I can’t cook or do laundry because the dryer will turn off BECAUSE IT IS TOO HOT. I have a plethora of other issues as well. I don't usually write reviews, but I wanted to commend Hillside appartments for their continuous support, especially Noah. Always patient, kind, and a genuinely incredible person, he worked around the clock to make sure my issues were solved. Oftentimes these things go unsaid but this team goes above and beyond, thank you Hillside management!
