Lived here two years so far and had no troubles. Any issues that arose have been corrected swiftly and professionally.
We lived here for 3+ years and loved it. This complex is very quiet and management is very easy to get along with. Plus, it is affordable and our apartment was massive. I would recommend the Hillside to anyone moving to the Blacksburg/Christiansburg area. It was the perfect apartment to live in during the pandemic and we utilized the back patio regularly.

Aside from the mold issue mentioned in the one review (I never had mold issues), everything that has been said in these reviews is absolutely true! Believe it!! The apartments are really nice and safe but the property manager is the absolute worst! I believe that the owner is well aware of the treatment of tenants but doesn’t care!
