He takes the time to explain things, does quality work, and is genuinely one of the friendliest people you’ll meet. It’s clear that everyone here truly cares about the residents and takes pride in what they do. We are so grateful for all of their hard work and highly recommend this apartment community to anyone looking for a place with exceptional staff and maintenance.
Alex does the maintenance here and he is wonderful! He responds quickly, works with your schedule while being prompt to repairs. Alex is approachable, kind, respectful, and listens intently. The maintenance can make or break a place and Alex makes Hillside a home that is well cared for!
