We have taken our mini schnauzer, Zoe, to Hillside since she was a puppy. The staff is very friendly and Dr. Ben is great with her.
RecommendedThe staff is very pleasant and caring. Dr Ben even commented how cute Coco is and actually picked her up and held her before giving her back to the tech to hold to give Coco her 2 shots.
THE DOCTORS ARE GREAT AND THE STAFF ARE VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE
The entire staff goes above and beyond. Pets feel loved and pet owners know their fur babies are getting the best care. The staff shows compassion and understanding during difficult times making those situations a little easier for all.
Our families pug, Blossom, was a patient here for many years. Today we had to make the hard decision of euthanizing her due to a chronic illness that was causing her pain. All of the staff here...from the vet to the receptionists...we're amazing. They not only took the best care of Blossom through life but they treated her like family in death. They brought comfort to us all on a very difficult day.
Hillside is ,in my opinion, the best around!! They take such good care of the animals. I've been going there for years and wouldn't go anywhere else! The Doctors are AMAZING, and the techs and secretaries are absolutely AWESOME!!!!
Excellent staff... The women who man the outer office and the techs go out of their way to accommodate the pets and their owners...I couldn't be more pleased with the care that is given to my dogs.....Both for appointments and boarding.....
