Keith Gale provided an excellent fix of my toilet! Maintenance was smooth and fast. In and out in 20 minutes and we got that water flowing again!
Keith Gale- I had a great experience with the maintenance service. The bathroom toilet was not filling up automatically with water, but he fixed it within just a few minutes. I was really impressed with how quickly he solved the issue. I also had a problem with the room door, and he repaired that as well in less than five minutes. He was very sweet, polite, and professional throughout the visit. He arrived right on time at 10:00 a.m., which I really appreciated. Overall, it was a smooth and excellent experience.
Terry Lynn is the greatest Landlord. I do see this place turning around eventually I can’t wait for that day to come. The area is nice. And it’s close to downtown and a lot of stores. good people living in the building. If you’re a beginner renter, I recommend.
