This afternoon their receptionist at this hospital hung up on me mid-sentence. Mind you, no voices were raised, it was a normal conversation that was addressing an error I made using their website to try and reschedule my dog's vaccination appointment. The receptionist was rude to me about having to reschedule, throwing it my face that I have had to do this before. Business mistake number one, making a customer feel bad.
