Professional Support Staff, Dr's that Listen & Respect the Patient's wishes. YMMV - not Everyone "hits it off" w/ any given M.D., but you've got several good Options.
I called to step up a doctor appointment but who ever answer the phone was so rude. telling me they don't expect lenawee county insurancne. when we live in lenawee but have Michigan Medicaid. which is bull crap. Never had I ever had such a bad experience with a people before. I let alot of people know about this a lot of people are leaving do to this bad review.
I showed up 5 minutes away to my sons first appointment, the text they sent said 2:15, could have drove and been there by 2:17. Then was rescheduled and then they called back and said since we were late to our first appointment they would not accept my son as a new patient, I usually don't complain as I am a health care professional, but I felt they were very rude. Glad now it didn't work out, things happen for a reason.
Not only is this office poorly managed, but the medical staff doesn't take the time to listen to their patients whatsoever. If you are looking for quality care, You won't find it here. I wasn't seen by an actual M.D. for the first two years of my care, and when I was it was weeks of waiting for testing to be treated. I was put aside for a Christmas party, neglected my controlled medication and then discharged for being upset. Very unprofessional!!!
Very prompt at getting you seen. And they actually take the time to listen to you
Great Dr. Down to earth. Treats people with respect as well as compassion. I also never feel rushed when I have questions. The staff here is great as well. All the girls here make each visit comfortable. They are all very helpful.
