The staff was usually pleasant and maintenance was not bad as long as I stayed on them for repairs to be done in a timely manner. The only problem was the nuance of the tow trucking company they work with. Also the cameras on the property never seemed to work or capture anything. So the sense in the security of my children depleted. I had a stalker name Tiarra Redd, so it was either move or jail and on moving day the tow truck TOWED my U-Haul. The Property Manger Nia Thompson is amazing! She’s extremely helpful , professional, and attentive. With her help ‘ my move in process was extremely smooth. Anytime I have a concern I reach out to her and she assures me. I couldn’t thank her enough! Great Property Manager
I would give zero stars if I could, do not move here it’s a cover up of bs, from water floods, mold, mice, gas leaks, unexpected fires, miscommunication, thefts, overcharging of water bills and etc..
Hated my time here. Mice and Roaches galore… Rent at your own risk
Best thing about it is the closet space ! Terrible Property Management ,Roaches ,Mice , nuisance neighbors TURNING INTO THE PROJECTS ‼️
