This was my first time here and really enjoyed the experience with the workers. Super nice and friendly and fast. They were informative on what was needed without being pushy on upselling there products like I have experienced at other places.
My mechanic strongly suggests going ANYWHERE but here unless you want problems with your vehicle. My oil level was low and they completely stripped the head of the drain bolt while over tightening it. When I called they said they were a small family owned shop. All they had to do was change the oil and filter and they couldn’t even do that… I’d give no stars if I could. 0/10
I would not recommend coming here at all. I mean do my oil changes all by myself and came here one time because I was very busy and it needed done. I go to do my next oil change myself and they completely stripped the head of my oil drain pan plug bolt and proceed to tell me they are a professional business and don’t do that. I know nobody is perfect but people make mistakes.
