I have had the best experience here! Everyone treats you like family. I have been here 2 times so far and each time I just sat there waiting my turn and watched people come in for help and was treated with such kindness everytime. Just the way they speak to you here like your their number 1 priority and that's how it should be. The lady's in the front are so kind and caring and same for the doctors I have met passing threw to get to my room. I've been to this walk in clinic a few times now and the staff is great! Everyone is always so friendly and they get straight to the point. I've been scared to get checked out anywhere for awhile now with issues I've been having but they made me feel comfortable every visit. I typically see Jennifer Blonde and she's absolutely amazing. I recommend her and the Hillsdale walk in clinic to anyone that needs care.
The staff was lovely and treated me really well up until I was treated by Jennifer Blonde. I have had issues with my ear for months. I believe it is infected. Jennifer was so condescending during this visit, barely looked in my ear. And made the statement “you’re 20 years old you should have a primary doctor. There’s nothing we can do” I have a primary doctor!! But no one had listened to me and would say it was fine. I went to you guys and was treated even worse. We were treated very well. Arrived early afternoon and the entire visit only took 20-25 minutes. Thank you Reanna for the good care you gave my husband.
