My two friends and I moved stayed here for a three month internship. We weren't aware that we had to give a month notice prior to moving out and lost ~$3000 because they made us pay for an extra month. We didn't really have furniture and spent most of our time at work, so our use of the apartment was minimal. They have a list of things that they charge you for when you move out and just the top three things were enough to make use lose all but 26 dollars of our $700 dollar deposit.
